I. Warranty Period

1. Product Warranty Period

  • Whole unit: 3 years warranty.

  • Key components: 3 years warranty.

  • Within the warranty period, if the product has a performance failure not caused by human factors and is properly maintained as required, free repair or replacement will be provided.

2. After-Sales Service Points

  • Whole unit: Our service centers and authorized dealers (Mainland China: Local distributors of Lvyou Garden Machinery and Jifeng Agricultural Machinery. Japan: Iseki Agricultural Machinery and its authorized service providers).

3. Major Fault Handling

  • For serious failures that significantly affect normal use, an engineer will be dispatched to the site within 48 hours for troubleshooting.


II. Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Conditions

  • Products must remain in original packaging, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Customers may apply for a no-reason return within 3 days of receipt.

  • Within 7 days of receipt, if a quality issue occurs (main components malfunction such as motor, engine, generator, battery, electronic control, drive system, or walking/lifting/cutting functions), customers may request a return.

  • Customized or special products are not eligible for unconditional returns. Please refer to the product page for details.

2. Exchange Conditions

  • If the product cannot be used due to quality issues, customers may request an exchange within 15 days of receipt.

  • Replacement products will be shipped based on current stock availability. If out of stock, delivery will be arranged after replenishment.

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Submit your request with order number and product photos.

  2. Review & Confirmation: Customer service will review within 24 hours and confirm details.

  3. Return Shipment: Send the product back according to the provided instructions. Keep the shipping receipt.

  4. Result: Refund or replacement will be arranged once the returned product is verified.


III. Repair Service

1. Free Warranty Service

  • A minimum of 3 years free warranty is provided (excluding special products).

  • During this period, faults not caused by misuse will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

2. Repair Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Report the issue and provide necessary documents.

  2. Inspection & Evaluation: Preliminary check and repair plan will be communicated.

  3. Repair Arrangement: Depending on the case, pick-up service or customer return will be arranged.

  4. Completion: After repair, the product will be returned to the customer promptly.

  • For out-of-warranty or user-caused damage, paid repair services are available.

  • All service requests must go through official channels. Unauthorized disassembly will void service rights.
